Kaushik Narayan is the Managing Director of PSN Group based in Bangalore.  PSN Group is one of the largest dealers for Construction Equipment (CE) and Commercial Vehicles (CV) with operations across South India.  They are also one of the largest distributors for CV spare parts in the country.  PSN Group also operates an NBFC, PSN Finance which operates in the Used CV / CE space.  He is also the CEO of Leaptrucks, a platform for buying & selling used CVs & CEs.

His experience prior to joining PSN Group included a stint as AVP Operations for Victoria’s Secret’s Beauty business based out of New York for 3 years.  Previously, he also worked as a Manager in the Management Consulting practice at Capgemini US handling clients in Healthcare, Retail and the US Federal Government.

He has an MBA from Kellogg = HKUST and an MS in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.
