Kushagra has completed his MBA in Finance and BTech in Civil Engineering from NMIMS. He has a strong passion for the startup ecosystem and began his career by interning at two pre-revenue startups, where he gained valuable experience. Subsequently, he interned with Dexter Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank specializing in technology, and GetVantage, a revenue-based financing firm.

After completing his internships, Kushagra joined BlackSoil, a venture debt firm, as an Investment Analyst. During his tenure, he focused on evaluating startups in sectors such as healthcare, electric vehicles (EV), logistics, and consumer brands.
Beyond his professional endeavors,Kushagra is a national-level football player who enjoys watching football matches and exploring new sports. He is also passionate about the stock market and actively follows investment trends.
