Naitik is a Qualified Chartesred Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. He has over seven years of post-qualification experience in the transaction advisory space.

He started his career as an intern at Ernst & Young in the tax and regulatory team. Later, he joined Bobby Parikh Associates, a boutique transaction advisory firm where he has worked on various marque transactions in the private equity space.

In his last role, he was working with Price Waterhouse & Co LLP in the financial services – deals team where he was advising Alternate Investment Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Equity clients and Indian promoter groups.

Naitik enjoys cycling and trekking. He has completed multiple treks in the upper Himalayan region. He is also an avid reader having interest in personal finance, economics and philosophy.
