Prativa holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur. Prior to VentureSoul, Prativa worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs, where she gathered experience in credit research and evaluating organisations in the TMT & Industrials space across geographies. She also helped raise INR 4 lakhs for the Naz Foundation, through GS Gives Analyst Impact Fund ’22.

Prativa is deeply committed to advancing India’s innovative and sustainable new economy. Drawing on her credit background, she is actively looking to assist startups, recognizing India’s immense potential in the evolving economic landscape. With a focus on high-impact ventures, she is passionate about spearheading India-specific models for future growth and success.

In her free time, she enjoys sketching, trying out multi-cuisine food and watching movies, currently on her way to complete IMDb top 250 list.
